⁕ InstantVap® Varroa Treatment
Fast Varroa treatment, built for real hive work.
InstantVap® oxalic acid vaporisers help beekeepers treat hives quickly, cleanly and consistently. Choose from cordless 18V models for field use, or the Original 12V for a wired setup with display control.
Whether you’re treating a few backyard hives or working through a larger apiary, the InstantVap® range gives you a faster way to apply oxalic acid treatment for Varroa.
The main differences between the models are speed, power source, and control. Lite is the small-hive option. Compact is the safest all-round pick. Turbo is built for serious hive numbers. Original 12V is the wired model for beekeepers who prefer a 12V battery setup.

Oxalic acid vaporizing is a common Varroa treatment method, but it needs to be done properly. Use the right dose, the right PPE and follow current treatment guidance. When in doubt, ask before treating.
No. InstantVap® units are generally sold without batteries or chargers. You’ll need to choose the correct battery socket for the power-tool battery system you already use.
Yep, depending on the model and socket option selected. InstantVap units are available for several common battery platforms, including Makita, Milwaukee and DeWalt. Always check the variant before ordering.
Lite can run on smaller batteries, with 1.5Ah listed as the minimum. Compact and Turbo should be paired with quality 4Ah or larger batteries. Turbo draws more power, so don’t treat it like a low-power tool.
Approximate treatment times for a 2g dose are: Lite around 50 to 60 seconds total cycle, Compact around 20 to 25 seconds, Turbo around 10 seconds, and Original 12V around 20 to 25 seconds.
InstantVap units are backed by a 2-year warranty. After that, repair support is still available, so you're not left on your own if something eventually wears out. They're built to last, fixable when it doesn't.
